The company’s operating framework is founded on the approval of its incorporation in 2012 by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 as amended.
Our core area is in the specialization and manufacturing of lubricants packaged in various sizes to help deliver more efficient performance and better customer experience and delight. We achieve this through carefully blended base stocks and performance additive with the use of lubricant specifications.
The company strives at ensuring that standards of products and production processes are uncompromised hence in pursuance of this objective, relevant and up to date certifications are put in place.
As part of our commitment to best global standards, our Corporate Governance system is handled with diligent expertise. Thus, we have operational authorization and registration with the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) for Lube Oil Blending Plant Operating License. In addition, we keep up with close compliance with the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) with our MANCAP certification.
